5 Effective Weight Loss Within A Month

I want you to know, losing weight in a month won’t achieve what you want, because losing weight is a long term thing and it’s a lifestyle as well. So, I will suggest some of the things that you can do for weight loss with great results. Here I will list 5 ways to lose weight effectively.


1) Setting a goal

2) Calories

3) Avoid sugary and processed foods and drinks

4) Metabolism

5) Jogging

#1 - Setting a goal


This is one of the things you should consider, the study shows that a person who sets a goal for themselves are very likely to achieve what the wanted. So, if you wanted to lose weight, the first thing you need to do is set a goal for yourself, you said you wanted to lose weight in a month? But what I would suggest is to lose 2–4 pounds only for a month, because that is the average person to lose their weight. Let say a person wanted to lose 20 pounds, that would be 5–6 months on average.

Once you have a goal for yourself, be consistent with your weight loss, it’s very important to follow the regime of weight loss, otherwise, it might take a person 20 pounds a year rather than 5–6 months.


#2 - Calories


Eating more is ok, but eating more that has a huge amount of calories is not ok. For example, what is the difference between eating healthy grilled chicken and a fried chicken? I think you know the answer, a healthy grilled chicken has a lower calorie than a fried chicken, right? As long as you are consuming fewer calories, calories are the real deal here. Please do look for the nutritional facts that are labeled on the food products, from there you will know how much calories you are consuming.


#3 - Avoid sugary and processed foods and drinks


For faster results, either you must limit it or avoid it completely.

Let’s talk about sugar first, sugar could be the biggest enemy, the more you consume, the more weight you gained. Here’s how sugar works in your body, it raises your blood pressure, eventually, it will be converted into insulin, that’s is where you fat storage came about, you will see it mostly on your love handles.

Next, processed foods, these processed foods included that are cooked, frozen, canned, and packaged, you will see most of these in your grocery stores. These foods that I mentioned are not healthy, and definitely, your weight will shoot up if you constantly eating over and over again. You can eat it once in a while, but not too excessive. Do you know, processed foods contained complex stations of sugar, like saturated fat and poly saturated fats, these fats will slow down your metabolism, making it harder for you to burn calories.


#4 - Metabolism

Metabolism is a type of fat-burning system that helps you to burn those calories even when you are sleeping. So basically, you need to build your metabolic rate, to do that, you need to increase your metabolic rate is by building muscle, the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolic rate will be, at the same, you are burning more calories throughout the process. Try hitting the gym once in a while, or you might prefer buying some weight like a dumbbell. And also, have a balanced diet, this helps you even more.


#5 - Jogging



Exercising is good for health and it helps us to sweat. But going for a jog works fine too, for me, when I started to my weight loss journey, my first exercise that comes to my mind was jogging. At first, if I jog for more than 5 minutes, I will totally be exhausted, but I didn’t give up, I was persistent to my dream of losing weight, so, therefore, I tried for 5 minutes, then I scale up to 10 minutes, then I scale up even more when the time passes. Let me state you the benefits of jogging as well so that you are more motivated to start doing it, the benefits are good for your heart and immune system, reduce insulin resistance, cope with stress and depression, and maintain flexibility as you age.


CONCLUSION

Always be consistent with your weight loss regime, weight loss is a lifestyle. I was overweight once, but I achieved what I am today by following these simple steps, these tips I’m showing you is only a basic a person should know about what needs to avoid and what needs to be done. So, as you progress, you will know more information about weight loss, for example like what type of foods you should be eating and what type of exercise you should do for better results.
