grocery stores. These foods that I mentioned are not healthy, and definitely
your weight will shoot up if you constantly eating over and over again. You can

Secondly, the way you chew the food, thereโs a right way to
chew the foods, experts said, the right way to chew a spoon of food is in an
average of 30 seconds and doing it slowly, but normally we donโt chew that
long, letโs just make it 20 seconds. Let me share with you a hack, usually, we
use a spoon to eat food, why not use a fork to eat, if you scoop your food
using a fork, you are limiting the portion per-consume, itโs also preferable
with a chopstick as well.

Exercising is good for health and it helps us to sweat. But
going for a jog works fine too, for me, when I started to my weight loss
journey, my first exercise that comes to my mind was jogging. At first, I came
even jog for more than 5 minutes, I will totally be exhausted, but I didnโt
give up, I was persistent to my dream in losing weight, so, therefore, I tried
for 5 minutes, then I scale up to 10 minutes, then I scale up even more when
the time passes. Let me state you the benefits of jogging as well, so that you
are more motivated to start doing it, the benefits are good for your heart and the immune system, reduce insulin resistance, cope with stress and depression, and
maintain flexibility as you age.
